Driver told me he accepted by mistake, his not coming and won't be canceling on his side

Im experiencing the worst service with Uber and ubereats in Capetown, the service is so bad around the northern surburbs. I just requested a driver just told me he accepted by mistake and his not gonna cancel on his side I need to to it myself.
