Driver stole my ipad

I have arranged with uber connect to collect parcel and have it delivered to me which was 7th December time 7:19PM and the guy Name of driver Schadrack driving Honda activa 125. tHE TRIP WAS Bellvile south Industriall,Cape town to destination 10 Beaufort street Goodwood. i monitored the trip via the app and the driver collected the parcel and he was on his way to me until i saw that the driver ended the trip and i contacted him via whatsapp and realized that he blocked me and when i tried calling him it says voice mail. so what i did was contacted the person that gave the parcel to driver and she said that she called im but seem as he also blocked her on whatsapp. Now i want to mention that this is not a stupid thing but a ipad 2 which is brand new and HE TOOK IT AND NEVER BROUGHT IT TO ME ...The trip was cancelled in voortrekker on his way to me .. i was so kind and even gave him 2 hour grace time but its the 11th day now and yet didnt recieve my ipad ... so noooooow what do i need to do ////i will be heading to the police sation if this query is not sorted by Monday as i trusted you to have this order delivered but then this happen ...You literally lost a good client ... I want my tab back or the value of it ......
