driver rude

Yesterday requested a Uber got in with my kids asked driver to move he's seat forward he refused saying that's how I drive, I then told him that hes being inconsiderate seeing as I was much bigger and taller than him and I moved my seat forward, he then told me too **** off and get a other Uber.

Now today all of a sudden my Uber acc is disabled.
