Driver robed me and charge for a trip i never reqiested nor took

Since last year i cant use my account because your driver that i know personally called me to tell me about discount and food.and to expect a code on my email.

After giving him that code i was charged for a trip from Pretoria while i was sitting at my house.i disputed that transaction at uber onky for thrm to tell me that that trip correspond with my previoud trips.

I even ask who was the driver for that trip, i never received an answer from them even today i cant us emy avcount bacause if that R1500 plus trip.

I have spoken to Ndangaleni the driver that requested a code from me he promised to sort that thing out that was last year he never paid that money and uber never sorted that issue out.

I just want my account back to normal and deal with your driver
