Driver Refuses to pick up and Cancel

Hi

I requested an uber. The driver then texted me on the app to ask how far I'm going, which initially was very strange. I then responded, by providing the requested information. Driver then advised that he was scared to come to the area of the pick up locagltion and that I should cancel the trip. I then asked the driver to cancel instead so that the app could refreshed. Driver responded with a terrible attitude and refused to cancel.

Highly disappointed with the service level.
