Driver ran away with my stuff

Requested a ride from Senaoane to Eastrand and a driver named Mbhoni picked me up. The driver helped put my bags in the car (big bags). Arriving at the destination when I went out to open the gate the driver drove off with my bags. The app only gives me one chance to call the driver which he did not pickup of course. They don't have a number I can call. Logging on the app they tell me that I have to wait for 24hours and I'm stranded where I am. I need assistance and I need it now. My everything is in that bag. I don't have much information as the app doesn't show enough information about the driver and the car registration. I only have pictures and cannot attach them here
