Driver pocketed the trip fair, now Uber expects mentorship duplicate payment!!!!!

I took a cash ride with Ngwenya at 12h08 this afternoon the 19th of October 2024, ride cost was R72. I paid the driver the R72, I reached my destination at 12h28. Driiver decided to finish the trip some 7 minutes or so later than. The bill had increased to R94. The R72 was not credited to my ride. The app shows that I still need to pay the R94, on top of the R72 already paid to the driver?

Upon sharing my experience with customer support, they credited my account with R22. Am I supposed to pay R144 for a R72 trip???
