Driver of Uber delivery drove further to charge more, and lost my package

Sent an item to be dropped of less than 2km away, I was charged R50 on the app, driver took the craziest route that charged me R184, on top of that my item was not delivered at the correct place, so now an item that was supposed to be delivered urgently has been misplaced, and Uber support is not getting back to me
