Driver not Completing trip

<p>I requested an uber to take me from work to the Gautrain station, i do this 2 times a week sometimes more frequent.</p> <p> </p> <p>the driver dropped me off at the Rosebank station, but here is the thing, he never completed the trip!! so i got a bill of almost R500 where i should have only paid R29 as it is not that far.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have sent numerous messages using the app but i am not getting any feedback</p> <p> </p> <p>after dropping me off, he went all the way to Midrand, in 4 pm traffic on the N1.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is really ridiculous and unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>i need a refund </p>
