Driver nearly ran me over

Trying to get into contact with ANYONE at Uber is like trying to get in contact with the flippen Pope! On Saturday I was nearly run over by my driver as he pulled away from my complex and the "support" I am receiving from Uber is that "corrective action has been taken" and that they have made changes to my app so that it minimizes the chances of me being paired with the driver again. This is disgusting and extremely unsafe actions from Uber's side.
