Driver has personal issues

I left a power bank in a vehicle and when I called the male driver and his girlfriend answered swearing at me and calling me names. She is accusing me of being a nuisance. I tried calling him in-app and got the same girlfriend swearing at me. My major concern is this driver not have access to the number he uses in the app as well as not being able to easily access uber customer care via chat.
