Driver had tyre issues and we felt unsafe and were still charged penalty for cancelling trip!!

Trip cancelled halfway because YOUR DRIVER had a problem with HIS TYRE We were stranded (2 women) in a deserted petrol station, AND STILL CHARGED THE PENALTY. Then we got home over half an hour later than we should have because we had to wait for ANOTHER UBER which was 12 minutes away, along with the detour due to THE FAULTY TYRE.
