Driver got lost and charged me for it.

Yesterday (11/07/2015) at 18:58pm I requested a ride from engen garage in Auckland park to my apartment in Richmond which is at most 5-10 minutes away because I had some heavy groceries . The driver (Aubrey) went to the wrong place, I called him asking where he was, he was at the wrong place. I then told him where I was (engen garage Auckland park), he went to the wrong garage ( engen garage Parktown) and after several calls finally made it to the right garage. What frustrates me is that he charged me for all his run around and getting lost. According to the receipt the trip time is 18 minutes. I don't even take 18 minutes to walk to my place from the garage.
