Driver experience

I am saddened with the experience I have received last night with the driver that was suppose to pick me up. First of all the driver did not come to the designated location that I have been requested numerous times at my place and other drivers had never had the problem before. He then had whole mouth to say by not wanting to open any doors at all. So I do not understand as to why he called me prior to ask if I am requesting for myself which I have let it slide thinking that he just wanted to make sure. I had to work to following street that I don’t know anyone at stand there for an entire 5-10min asking driver to open the car only for him to tell me that he won’t drive me at all and then does not want to cancel the trip I have R10 cancellation fee that I have not request to be on my name it literally took about 30 min to get the driver in the first place which was really hard to get one and then I get this experience. He then rates me 1 for a trip that never start to begin with that has dropped my 5 star rating to 4.3 .

Like I usually do not complain at when it comes to driver behaviour or anything cause I do not encounter this at all by uber but this driver I had ruined my entire day. And I am really not happy all
