Driver claimed more kms and more time on trip.

My trip was Quoted at R24 and my driver charged over R33. She did this by claiming extra milage and extra time for the trip.

I approached Uber Support but they fed me a pile of generic ******* - basically saying that R33 was within the accepted norm for my trip. They ignored the fact that the driver made false claims.

It seems to me that an Uber driver can get away with false claims so long as they are not too large.

Wake up Uber you are not the only app on the block.
