Driver cancels after finding out destination.

Uber drivers in Durban are Ridiculous! Today I ordered an Uber go, driver said he was on his way and then asked where I was going, I decided not to answer because this has happened BEFORE (so I took screenshots of the convo) but when I noticed he didn't move from his spot I rep**** and as soon as I rep**** where I'm off to he cancelled my trip, I had to wait 30 minutes before finding another ride! Which made me late for an appointment. I took screenshots of this driver messaging before he cancelled, absolutely disgusted by the service Uber. This isn't the first time that this has happened, and I am sure I'm not the first customer to experience this. Please do not use Uber if you are in Durban area the drivers aren't reliable.
