Driver cancelled

I have requested for an Uber ride 6 October 2017 at 07:13. They inform me Mbongiseni with a Toyota Corola FJ94BLGP will pick me up. Received SMS driver cancelled the trip and i must rebook a new trip

Then i do as requested but now they inform me i own the driver R25 and cannot rebook new trips.

Please cancelled this i do not go to pay for the driver that have cancelled
