Driver canceled my trip while I am in the Uber and pocketed my money!

<p>So last week I took an Uber. I was fetched at my pick up point in Cape Town CBD. The driver then drops me at my point and I pay him the money he requests. Today I request another Uber and notice I have to pay an "outstanding" fee for a canceled trip. Firstly, this guy canceled my trip while I am in the Uber WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! And then requests my money when I have reached my destination. I am happily to give the money because I had no idea my trip was cancelled. So today I had to pay DOUBLE my fare. WHAT THE HELL???!!!! I want a refund as soon as possible as I trusted Uber and this is what I get! I have his name and the "cancelled" receipt and I want this sorted out ASAP! </p>
