down with uber down

The uber company can not even track down their uber driver who confirmed I did leave my phone in his ride, it has been 4 days now and no response, nothing. I provided them with the driver name and the type of car but no luck. these phones are important to us we make a living out of them all we ask for is assistance when such happens. it basically means we and our loved ones are not safe, it means drivers can easily **** our mothers and daughters and uber wont be able to trace their drivers. I am soo disappointed
