Doubled my charges for no reason

<p>First let me start my saying Uber is an outstanding company and offer quality service.</p> <p>The issue is, I took a 12 min trip (about 4.5km) through a normal route with no traffic.</p> <p>I had no issue what so ever with the driver, we chatted throughout the trip.</p> <p>When the trip ended I got a receipt of R46 which is usually the cost of the trip.</p> <p>After 2 hours I got a message from Uber saying my fee was updated for no reason and I was charged R40 extra making a total of R86 for a 4.5km trip (12.54 min).</p> <p>My worry is, because you (Uber) have access to my account doesn’t mean you should credit my account anyhow you like.</p> <p>I advise that you review this trip and explain why I have to pay extra for no just reason.</p>
