Double standards

<p>Uber Cape Town declined my vehicle to be used to Uber, apparently due to age of vehicle. Vehicle was passed by Dekra, as well as License department to be road worthy. During process NOBODY informed me that vehicle was too old for Uber, and the website of Uber informed me that vehicle to be used musnt be older thab 10years. This was changed by Uber to 5years, but nobody informed me. No response from e-mails. Then when Uber was used on 31 December 2016 @ 16H35, a BMW 3-series arrived to fetch my family, but it was a 2004 model? How is this possible? My experience with Uber is that Uber is unproffesional, have no time for user to give answers on questions, take your money, but communication is only one way, and you as end user have no say, nor the right to question Uber......</p>
