Double payment

I requested a ride, my payment method was cash had 2 stops which amount to R209, Dropped my friend at the 1st stop and me last stop. I took out R250 to pay and he didn't have change and said that he will put R9 under my account and took R200, now when I tried to request it tells me that I need to settle my trip of R209. I reported it 3days ago still no reply.
