Double payment

Yesterday 28-02_2024 I booked an Uber from Century city Waterford _ to Kraaifontein on the app it showed R140 so I asked the driver if I can stop at ATM to pay the cash. I got him a water n chips as well. When I arrived home the total was R188. I paid R200 n told him to keep the change. Today 29 .02. 2024 I saw on the Uber app I haven't paid the R188 of yesterday.there is no customer service number to contact Uber or no email to write this complaint. I cannot double pay. I had to ask my boss to book the same trip home today. This is poor the fact that there is no customer service and the drivers ripping us from our hard working money
