Double deductions

Before booking the trip, I was advised the amount was R220. After the trip was completed, I was charged R280. Then, an additional R212 was deducted from my account? There's no number on your site to call for disputes, there's not even an email to contact you. I would like to have my money refunded, I need someone to shout at.
