Double deduction

Good Day Hello Peter,

I have Placed a trip on 3rd April from Gordans Bay to Cape Town CBD in the Western Cape

I then saw the vehicle that was going to be doing the trip and therefore cancelled due to unsafe reasons on the N2 during the evenings. I was then charged a Cancellation fee of R36 which I do agree with.

We then later requested another trip to Cape Town for R381 which I did take.

Later the evening we took another trip back to Gordans Bay For R392. After that trip there was another payment that went through which did not happen and that was the balance of the Cancelled trip for R345.

So which means I went to Cape Town and Came Back which is Two trips. R392+381=773

I ended up paying R 1118. On my emails the trip says cancelled and also on my Uber app it says Cancelled but I was still deducted.

Uber is also not assisting me in this and rather getting auotmated answers.

If it was R50 I wouldnt mind really but its R345 and I use uber almost every second day and I am a premuim user also that does pay the monthly premuim and then they still tale chances
