Double debits

on 6 october i lodged a complaint against these people regarding a ride that was cancelled by the driver and then i was debited R25, i inquired this and was told this would be credited to my account, then i was debited another R25 and it was allocated as a credit, i had since then contacted these people and they have not come back to me about why they debited me again after promising to refund me, now again today i got debited R29 and another R104 for a very short trip, im so sick and tired of they terrible service and ******* debits and i wnt my money back, worse part of all this is they have no remorse and dont get back to you!!!
