Double debit and no accountability

Last time I let things go was when I ordered a meal in the evening and that meal never came, driver never made any contract, I was outside waiting for my food but their driver told them he couldn't find me Now I took a 29r trip and they took R50, R29 and attempted to take another R39 and it unfortunately declined. I have been back and forth with them and they don't seem to care. They refunded 10r and debited it again. It might not be a lot of money for them but it was everything I had. Their services are become worse than taxis themselves.
