Double charged trip

I booked an Uber this morning at 11:06 with a Zimbabwean gentleman by the name of Manelisi. The trip was meant to cost me R100 cash which I paid at the end of the trip, but I then had to pay double the price as Manelisi stated that I did not pay my fare. I feel this is extremely unprofessional of Uber and I really hope this situation will be resolved quickly
