Double charged for one trip

Im sharing my experience out of frustration as I have reached out to Uber rides and I'm being the run around. On Friday the 22/03/3024.i took an uber to kingshaka international airport and I was pre charged the R180. 00 and then when the trip was completed another R180. 00.meaning I had paid for the same trip twice. When I email Uber rides I'm being given some story to say it wasn't paid. But the strange thing is it appears on my statement and I have two smses confirming previous balance the debits came off. I used to think uber was good but clearly now I see why people are complaining. You might not get ****** in a Uber but you will get ****** by them.
