Double charged?

I requested a ride from Gugs to Woodstock and after the 1st driver accepted I was charged, he then cancelled the ride and the second driver accepted and I was charged again. That was Monday. Uber clearly shows I only took one ride but I still have 2 charges! I contacted support and have not heard anything back! I contacted via Facebook and no response!! I have added all screenshots to my message on your website under “help”, which is honestly NOT helpful at all! Response time is terrible and not having a contact center is the worst thing!
