Double charged

Double charged Booked an Uber at 20:42, driver accepted, money was deducted no driver requested again at 20:44. Funds deducted again and that was my ride book reached out to uber that I was double charged, and they advised that the second charge was a temporary hold but I contacted my bank and they advised both charges went through and uber won’t refund me I want my money back.
