Double Charge by UBER

I ordered a meal on 27 October and paid cash on delivery R180 order cost was (169.70) . On 17 December when I wanted to get ride from Ebony park to Centurion I was required to pay this amount again before I could get a ride. This amount was deducted from my credit card account and also the amount for the ride of R135.00. I have been trying to get the refund from uber and uber Eats on the app but all I get is automated responses, and now I get an automated response that I cannot be refunded because the order was more than 48 hours ago. And I cannot even get a customer care number to contact.
