Uber doesn't refund customers when bul**** by drivers, several occasions I experienced drivers not giving me change or crediting my account with correct change and when I report to Uber they tell me my complain is not valid for refund as I have previously been refunded for the same issue somewhere in 2025 and this is very different to previous issue. With this experience I avoid paying drivers with a note that requires change unless if I give them the change as my tip of which they never record it. Today's incident, driver demanded i give him cash after I offered to pay him via EFT because apparently my fare changed from R63 to R78 and I had exactly that. I was forced to give him R200 note I had and he told me he didn't have change and never credited my account. I feel bul****, ****** and unprotected.
