DON'T USE UBER!!!

I sent a package with Uber collect and on arrival, the friend I was sending to didn't pick up her phone, the Uber driver then took my stuff and never returned tham, I contacted Uber and they said the driver confirmned he had my stuff, I even offered to pay more to have it returned or to go and collect from him but nothing, Uber finally said I should contact the police and made no effort to push the driver to return my things ie there are no consequesnces if the driver takes stuff they are meant to deliver. DON'T USE UBER!!!
