Dont trust uber

I got a uber driver to come and pick up a box at my place and deliver it at a nother place. Half way I got a mesage from the driver he has a fat tire. So we talk and after almost an hour I mesage again and no reply. I looked at his locasion on the app and still same place. I canceled the order and money out of my account plus more for canciling. No money no box.
