Don't rely on Uber at Cape town Airport

Just had the worst experience ever with Uber at Cape Town Airport. More than 15 minutes and three attempts later, no ride. Uber support makes stupid suggestions like have you got the latest version of the app (yes, I updated it using Vodacom's roaming data while in Egypt), did I have an internet connection (how did I organise a ride with Bolt?), was I at the right pickup location (yes I was). Uber worked like a charm in Egypt and is a complete dud in South Africa.
