Donald CAA67283 UBER ZERO STAR DRIVER

1 start is even to much. Today I booked a trip on the Uber app with a driver named Donald, driving a Volkswagen Polo with number plate CAA67283. Upon waiting on the driver to arrive I noticed the vehicle wasn't moving for a long time so I used the message option to contact the driver. After he finally responded he advised a truck blocked him and he insisted I cancel the trip. I still needed a trip so I asked why. He went to go say 'my rating is good so you gonna rate me bad because of this'. I've never been so disturbed. This driver, who's job it is to provide a service insists I cancel because his rating is more important than actually PROVIDE A SERVICE. What a pathetic excuse of a lack of service. I didn't want to cancel the trip and make it easy for the driver Donald but I was forced to because I still needed to get to a particular destination. And what a mission is it to actually report this driver.
