DO NOT USE UBER TO DELIVER PURCHASED GOODS

We bought some goods at Vap3 at N! City and asked them to have Uber deliver it to our house. According to a written reply they indicated that the goods were delivered on the 14th April at 17h37. We never recieved the goods, which are over a R 1000.00. Both our Vap3 have been trying to reach Uber. They only respond in writing. They responded on the 6th May that they would contact the driver and let us know within 24 hours. On the 12 May they said the same. Since then nothing. The driver was appearently one Dithoka Coleen. There is no way you can contact Uber telephonically. All the numbers they give on the Internet etc. do not work. We are at wits end.
