DO NOT USE UBER!

I ordered an Uber to fetch me from a place and take me and my friends to another. I was charged R57 for the ride and gave the driver R60 and let him keep the change. A few days later I was trying to order an Uber but I couldn’t. I was told that I had not paid the driver enough money. I was then told to pay more money. After emailing Uber’s help line and asking for assistance, no help has been given. It has been a month and I am still trying to resolve this problem. I really don’t mind paying the money but it is ********* from Uber’s point of view as I paid the money. Uber refuses any assistance and is not willing to help me any further other than saying I should re-pay the money I had already paid. They have shown to be useless. DO NOT USE UBER!
