Do not use Uber

I ordered two separate Uber rides and with both my rides there was not available drivers. I had to cancel both my trips. Uber still charged me R740.00 per trip. I called Uber about 5.-6 times now to find out when they will refund my monies and each time they say that it will reflect in my bank account in three business days. Today is the 15th day and I'm still waiting.
