Dissatisfied with Uber rides

Hi. I have had an issue with Uber, on 3 separate occasions. My card is linked to Uber, but I was asked to pay cash each time for these 3 occasions. The fare was still deducted from my bank account. On my last trip, on Sunday at 1205am, I was asked to pay R24, in cash, as this was the cost of the trip. There was an amount of R58 deducted from my account, for this trip. Furthermore, my trips are always emailed to me, after using this service. I did not receive an email for this particular trip. I find this unacceptable, as this is theft. Disgusted
