Dissapointed

I use Uber every Tuesday and every Thursday of every week to Brooklyn to Bellville and back. On the 6th of February 2024 as per usual booked an Uber and a driver called Silas picked me up at the pickup point. When I arrived at work in Bellville, I paid him with a R200.00 and the trip was R160.00, he then gave me R40.00 change. When checking my Uber account an extra R120.00 was paid to the same driver from my Uber cash. So for the 1 trip I paid 2 amounts. Uber is point blankly refusing to take responsibility for the over charge and is refusing to refund me. The drivers are a load of ****** and Uber service is pathetic.
