Disrespectful Uber Drives: Urinating on pavement and parking on private property

There are a number of Uber drivers that park off in front of our complex for hours at a time. They have no respect for the residents of the complex as they clean out their vehicles and throw their trash into our gardens. When they have to use the toilet they have no shame and respect for the health implication for any of the public as they our gardens as their private toilet, this despite a shopping centre with public toilets being about 1.5 ks away! Even though they have been asked previously not to park on our property this request has fallen on deaf ears. We have started recording the registration numbers of the guilty drivers and need to contact Uber to lodge formal complaints. We do not have the Uber app / account and therefore need an e-mail address. We spoke to an Uber agent this morning (got the number off the internet) who advised that we had to do it via help.uber.com and that it would not be necessary to login but lo and behold you have to login to proceed. We can't even get a contact number / e-mail address for Uber South Africa. Please would someone let us have either a contact number for Uber South Africa or an e-mail address as we do not have the app.
