Disrespectful behaviour from Uber support team

The driver left with my mother's groceries yesterday ! I tried to contact the driver but this useless support help system they is so frustrating, they don't bother with a response , my mother's food is gone , since yesterday around 6 till now dead silence They undermine and belittle old and vulnerable people it's incredibly upsetting and disappointing , it's impossible to get hold of the drive ! Impossible!!! Honestly this is nasty , my is so stressed and they simply don't care
