Dishonesty on pricing and driver behavior

The driver was dishonest trying to make extra money wrongfully. I requested a trip from work to home with one stop in between. The minute I entered the vehicle the driver was complaining about traffic and having a stop. Why the hell did he accept the trip request if he wasn't willing to do the stop or do the trip. Long story short, after he dropped me off at home he didn't end trip and continued to drive and only ending it 20 minutes after my drop off. I only realized this when I receive and email with an invoice and seeing where he claims to have dropped me off. This adjusted the trip cost higher for I a trip I didn't travel. Uber is pathetic as they don't want to assist in this regard when it's clear that it's the driver that was wrong!!! Even my travel history would show my normal pick up and drop off addresses.
