Dishonesty

I for got a wrapped up present that was meant for my colleague while I was in a Uber car I called the driver no answer than called twice phone was on voicemail I was in contact with Uber directly they got back to me saying he did not see the package the dishonesty of this company and their drivers... I was even willing to pay the R90 delivery fee.. I will never use Uber again and I will encourage friends and family not to use it either bolt has gained new customers
