Dishonest fare increases, wait times loaded ehich don't exist

I book a ride home foe an employee every Saturday late afternoon when public transport is scarce. This has been the second time an UBER driver has cheated us. He dropped her off at her destination in Capricorn, Cape Town, but "kept the meter running" and added a destination we didn't book. The previous day a driver added a "wait time" when he didn't wait at all. When you query this with UBER, they are almost belligerent and shut down your enquiry without you being able to get any redress. I am so frustrated as I don't have a car at the present time time and rely on hailed services. This is very unfair to query a fare and be told they really don't care whether. Driver was dishonest!
