Dishonest Driver

I requested a ride from OR Tambo international airport on Monday morning and Jabulani Simphiwe Poulos druving a Corolla with registration HX44JBGP picked us up for drop to our destination... my issue is I wasn't aware that my credit card was still linked to my uber account which I hadn't used in a year so when Jabulani dropped us off I paid him R240 in cash for the ride unaware that the ride had actually been paid for via my card.

He just took the money and left without telling that the ride was already paid for which i find very disgusting, surely dishonesty is a red flag for your company... I also requested security from the building to view the video footage so I can have proof that I gave him the cash incase it becomes a he said she said story.... please speak to your driver about his deplorable behavior, no sane person would pay R476 for an Uber ride in a corolla, he should be ashamed of his ********* behavior and I want my refund in full
