DISHONEST APP

I was charged a different amount than i initially agreed to on the uber app.. an amount was then credited but the deducted from my wallet and after submitting numerous requests for uber to assist, they are just ignoring me while we as their loyal customers are ******. If wouldn't recommend uber to anyone as they seem to have become dishonest and ignoring their customers so encouraging the dishonest behavior from their drivers.
