Disgusting Unprofessionalism from Uber's Customer Service!

I am very frustrated with Uber's negligent customer service, I took an Uber to the airport and the driver's car left oil stains on my toiletry bag, I wrote a complaint to Uber on their app more than once and they have completely ignored my complaint. The bag cost me R350 and I want my refund from them because I can no longer use this toiletry bag. It honestly cannot take so long to resolve this issue, the level of unprofessionalism is so disgusting!
